Magnet Kitchen Range:

Specifications:

Units:

• New base units.
• New drawer base unit.
• New wall units.
• All colour co-ordinated end panels.

Doors:

• Luna White or Luna Grey Doors.
• Doors are handleless to give a contempory look and reduce any maintenance.

Extractor Fan:

• Stainless steel extractor hood with carbon filter and chimney.

Worktops:

• New oak worktops- Quebec Oak Worktop

Sink:

• Stainless steel sink.

Mixer Tap:

• New BLACK mixer tap.

Wall Tiles:

• Metro White Ceramic splash back tiles.
• These will extend a minimum of 400mm from any work surface and at the point of any cooking appliance a 600mm raised area to the base of the extractor hood. Any area of window (window sill ) that falls under 400mm will be tiled to match.
• Silver Grey grout.
• Black metal square brushed trim.

Flooring:

• Fully tiled Belfast Anthracite Porcelain floor tiles 600mm x300mm will be installed. Before any new flooring is installed the relevant levelling works will be carried out. I.e. if you have a concrete floor a self-levelling compound will be applied or if you have a wooden floor the relevant 'ply' and adhesive will be laid.
• Grey grout.

Skirting:

• Wooden skirting will be replaced with Porcelain tiles to match the flooring.
• Black metal square brushed trim.
